Booking Policy: Appointments are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive on time and have your documentation ready.

Retainer fee: A non-refundable fee is required at the time of booking. This fee ranges from $25 to $525 and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Bring identification: Ensure you have the necessary documents specified in the service description.

Grace period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

Reschedule: Late arrivals beyond the grace period will need to reschedule their appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows: Will be charged a $25 fee.

Cards on file: Avita Med Test may use a "cards on file" system, meaning we may charge your card for services even without your explicit authorization at the time.
